IS THERE AN ONLINE SHOP?
An online shop is coming very soon.
WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS SIZES OF THE PRINTS?
The prints are available in standard sizes such as A4, A3, A2 and A1.
Some are also available in square sizes such as 12x12in, 16x16in, 20x20in, 30x30in .
ARE THEY PRINTED ON PAPER OR CANVAS?
The prints are giclée printed on fine art paper with museum standards. If you require prints on canvas, email to inquire at hello@christellabijou.ca
ARE THE PRINTS FRAMED?
The prints come unframed with a white internal border of 1cm.
WHAT ARE THE PRICE OPTIONS?
The prices vary from 30 usd for A4 size, 45 usd A3 size, 75 usd A2 size and 150 usd for the biggest size, A1.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes! Shipping is worldwide. Delivery fees and custom dues are paid for by the customer.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
There are no returns with the exception for items that arrive damaged.
Please email photos to hello@christellabijou.ca so that we can assist you with an exchange or instruct you to file a claim with the carrier.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Once the item is shipped and you receive a tracking number, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your item is lost or stolen, notify the carrier and file a claim. Please email at hello@christellabijou.ca so that we can assist you to file a claim with the carrier.
