MY STORY

I build visual words through illustrations and visual identities that explore feminine presence, desire, playfulness,
confidence, and the act of becoming.
Some pieces draw from archetypes : a priestess in waiting, a figure who carries patience like a weapon.
Others capture fleeting, joyful moments, sunny summer mornings, secret escapes, or colorful flights of imagination.

I approach illustration most of the time as a form of storytelling, the same way one keeps a journal.
Letting place, time, and feeling guide the process.
Identity, culture, and introspection weave themselves into the work naturally.

Visually, my practice moves between black and white compositions and vibrant, color-rich environments.
Whether minimal or colorful, each piece is guided by a story and a sensitivity to color and mood.

I didn’t begin in art. I graduated in computer systems and transitioned to a career
as an illustrator and visual artist. I spent my formative artistic years in Kigali, teaching myself through experimentation and intuition.

Currently based in Canada, I collaborate with emerging and established brands to create visual identities, campaigns, and illustrations that are imaginative, expressive, and full of character, for anyone ready to bring their vision to life.
